Privacy policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Enod Works collects through this website, why, who else handles it, and how you can see, correct or delete it. In short: I collect only what I need to reply to you and do the work, and I never sell it.

Who I am

Enod Works is a sole-trader technology consultancy based in Sydney NSW (ABN 96 078 907 411). "I" and "me" in this policy means Enod Works. You can contact me about privacy at hello [at] enod.com.au.

What I collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, type of business (if you choose to give it) and your message.
  • Call bookings: your name, email address, the time you book and anything you add to the booking.
  • Email: whatever you choose to send me.
  • Website visits: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and block spam and attacks. Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are useful, such as your approximate location, device and the pages you view.

The only cookies this site sets are Google Analytics cookies, used to measure visits. I don't use advertising cookies, and I don't build marketing profiles. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on. Please don't send health, financial or other sensitive details through the website; we can discuss those properly once we're working together.

Why I collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
  • To quote for, deliver and invoice work you've asked for.
  • To keep the business records the law requires, such as tax records.

I won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for anything else without asking first.

Who else handles it

I use a small number of service providers to run the business. They handle your information on my behalf:

  • Cloudflare: website hosting, the contact form and spam protection.
  • Resend: delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
  • Cal.com: call bookings and reminders.
  • Google: business email (Gmail), my business calendar and website analytics (Google Analytics).

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. I choose established providers with published security and privacy commitments. I never sell or rent your information.

This website links to Enod Works pages on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. The links don't load anything from those sites until you click them. Once you're on those sites, their own privacy policies apply.

How long I keep it

  • Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months.
  • Client records are kept for at least five years, because Australian tax law requires it, then deleted.

How I keep it safe

Business accounts use strong, unique passwords and two-step verification. I'm the only person with access.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Email hello [at] enod.com.au to ask what I hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. I'll reply within 30 days. I may need to keep some records where the law requires it, and I'll tell you if that applies.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, email me first and I'll try to put it right within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
